Bethany is an unbelievable coach, both in real life and online. Every class is somehow better than the last. She has an unexplainable ability to push you farther than you’d ever think possible, thoughtfully encouraging you to elevate your goals and sticking by your side throughout every step of your journey.

While thinking about training for my third marathon, I wanted more than a generic training plan. Running can feel very isolating and like you're training by yourself. Enter the Keep the Pace run club. First things first, you get an expert coach in Bethany. She creates a plan that is so manageable that training has never seemed so easy. She is always a phone call, text message, whatever away from answering your every question. The group aspect creates a community who is there in your corner throughout your training and on race day. The cherry on top of this incredible plan was a five minute PR of my marathon time and a much easier recovery than previous marathons. I may be retired from marathon running, but I plan on using Keep the Pace for all my future race training to help achieve some new goals. I can't say thank you enough to Bethany.

Bethany is honestly one of the best coaches/trainers I’ve ever worked with! She genuinely cares about the success of her clients and always goes above and beyond for them. “To put it simply, KTP has made me a happier runner. Which might sound a little silly, but I’ve never been part of a program, that has made me so curiously excited to run. Each day tests my abilities in different ways, and it is so specific and organized that I never have to guess what’s coming next! Every day has a new challenge that propels me forward into the next week of running! The program has made me feel stronger and more capable of myself because I can see and feel myself growing as a runner on those long, easy runs (of 10, 12, 14 miles!) as I cross-train on the 75 second hills from the previous day and vice versa. Bethany is my favorite couch of all online group fitness! She has unmatched energy and is very knowledgeable about proper form and modifications for all skill levels. She is very encouraging (without being over the top) and offers a variety of classes throughout the week. Bethany has kept me in shape and sane through this entire-seemingly never ending-pandemic. You may be sore the next day, but I promise you will not regret taking her class!!

I have been taking classes virtually with Bethany since March 2020 and I can’t describe how amazing it has been for both my physical and mental health. Bethany has the ability to make a virtual class feel like regular group fitness. Her classes hold you accountable, challenge you, but also allow you a space to work at your own pace on days where that is needed.
